Somewhat, most submissions are just designs from people who haven't bothered to read that this group is here to promote the sale of actual horse characters and as those are rarely sold the group isn't very active.
can i submit horses i want to sell?
can they be adoptables like just the designe if i advertise them like that
If it's designs (re-used linerats) with no info I suggest you add them to #EAAS or #HARPG-FindAHorse. This group is for existing horse characters.
